The company invests its own funds and/or facilitates the private placement of capital in companies seeking growth capital. We work alongside founders and/or management teams to deliver measurable shareholder value.
In some cases we invest along side our limited partners to leverage the strength of their investment team, relationships, and capital to deliver the most value for shareholders. We are industry agnostic but focus mostly on companies we can add significant value.

We focus on investing in mid stream and small-cap oil and gas service companies.
Food & Beverage
Olimax Food & Beverage Company LLC partnered with Coffee Fellows GmbH, a German coffee shop concept, to expand its operations in North America through a new company Coffee Fellows North America Corp.
Medical PPE
We focus on providing critically needed personal protection equipment to the healthcare sector and other sectors that need PPEs

Daniel Ogbonna, Founder and Chief Executive
Mr. Ogbonna, has over 20 years experience in very diverse industries that span the United States, Africa and Europe. He brings a diverse set of skills centered around operational effectiveness, finance and strategy that ultimately contribute to measurable shareholder value. Prior to Olimax Group, he was a CFO of an NYSE listed oil and gas company, Chief strategy and investment officer for a family office with AUM of over $1.2 billion, Director of Strategy for Limited Brands, Investment banker at JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch and held various strategy consulting roles at AT Kearney, and Deloitte Consulting. He holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University. He is on the board of Houston Fire Fighters Association Charitable Foundation and also a member of the Board of Trustees at Awty International School.
